30-Minute Private Meditation Instruction

This personalized meditation instruction will teach you time-tested relaxation techniques based on your personality, environment, and stress-level. This can be a one-time instruction, or an on-going one if you wish to continue meditation in a more structured way.

60-Minute Group Meditation Instruction

Your internal peace and power will be magnified by the group.
